Alicia Crum is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She is currently serving as a private practitioner, specializing in Child & Adolescent Services.
In addition to running her private practice, she is also the founder of Girls & Gab, a nonprofit organization designed to enhance the social and emotional development of young girls. Through the establishment of Girls & Gab, Alicia developed a passion for youth struggling with mental/emotional distress. To address this need, she established Parakeleo’ Counseling LLC– an agency formed to help identify and support the mental, emotional, and behavioral needs of youth in our communities.
Alicia has provided therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, state correctional facilities, and inpatient psychiatric units. In addition, she has years of experience teaching college courses in the human services field. In her spare time, she serves as an Integrative Nutrition Coach, helping families improve their lives through the power of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Bryant Crum is a Certified Therapeutic Mentor, helping young men successfully transition into manhood. In January of 2018, Bryant started his journey as a Therapeutic Mentor to help at-risk youth reduce the likelihood of juvenile delinquency, drug abuse, and truancy.
Through individual mentoring sessions, parenting education meetings, and group coaching events and activities, Crum has taught self-control, discipline, communication skills, and behavioral activation techniques to males, ages 4-19, for over two years.
Using visual aids, physical activities, and technology, Crum aims to affect the behavior of male youth, while also providing individualized parenting classes to enhance and reinforce behavioral change in their home environments.
In addition, Crum works with various middle and high school guidance counselors as a behavioral health liaison to facilitate communication between parents and teachers to improve the behavior of students enrolled in coaching/mentoring services.
In addition to serving youth, Crum has spent the past two years providing social media marketing, video content creation, videography, podcast creation, photography, and website design services to local churches and small businesses.
In addition to raising his family, Bryant has spent over ten years in the Alabama Army National Guard as a Medical Specialist and team leader.

Nakia Thomas is a Certified Medical Assistant and Office Administrator, with many years of experience in both medical billing/coding and elementary/secondary education.
Most recently, Thomas became a Certified Adolescent Life Coach to provide therapeutic mentoring services to female youth struggling with self-esteem, self-control, and self-discipline.
Her smiling face, boisterous laugh, and optimistic spirit is a constant reminder to others that life should be lived with boldness and gratitude!
