Bryant Crum is a Certified Therapeutic Mentor, helping young men successfully transition into manhood. In January of 2018, Bryant started his journey as a Therapeutic Mentor to help at-risk youth reduce the likelihood of juvenile delinquency, drug abuse, and truancy.
Through individual mentoring sessions, parenting education meetings, and group coaching events and activities, Crum has taught self-control, discipline, communication skills, and behavioral activation techniques to males, ages 4-19, for over two years.
Using visual aids, physical activities, and technology, Crum aims to affect the behavior of male youth, while also providing individualized parenting classes to enhance and reinforce behavioral change in their home environments.
In addition, Crum works with various middle and high school guidance counselors as a behavioral health liaison to facilitate communication between parents and teachers to improve the behavior of students enrolled in coaching/mentoring services.
In addition to serving youth, Crum has spent the past two years providing social media marketing, video content creation, videography, podcast creation, photography, and website design services to local churches and small businesses.
In addition to raising his family, Bryant has spent over ten years in the Alabama Army National Guard as a Medical Specialist and team leader.
