    Sleep Disturbances: Frequent nightmares, trouble falling asleep, or excessive sleepiness can be signs of anxiety related to trauma.

    Regressive Behaviors: Younger children may revert to behaviors they had outgrown, like bedwetting or thumb-sucking, as a way to cope.
